What are you AFRAID of? Why are you scared of progress?

What are you AFRAID of? Why are you scared of progress? Be not afraid of growing slowly. Be afraid only of standing still

Whats up everyone in the land of KRANK

I hope you are all well and want to share some thought with you all regarding progress and the gym.

To be honest I I’m a little tired of seeing people just going 1/2 zeees in the gym everywhere.

What makes you drive?

What makes you want BE BETTER?

What hate or regret do you have that makes you want to PUSH?

These are the things that I channel in my mind when I workout.

I have a goal and OBJECTIVE to reach and that’s to be better.

Sure we can just moozee along the day like nothing bothers us.

BUT deep doiwn inside the gut of your belly there is something that

makes you wnat to PUSH.

So what are you afraid of?

Success? Life? A different world now that your changed?

That’s the answer…

No on likes change.

Everyone is soooo comfortable with the way things are that

we are all afraid to CHANGE.

To be honest change is good.

It will better suit the goals you are trying to reach.

Embrace it! USE IT! Be come it!

With change comes SUCCESS.

I am not saying go out there and change everything in one day.

Little by little.

ADD one more pound.

ONE more rep.

ONE more minute longer.

I less minute on the run.

If not then your DEAD.

Be well everyone
