Will I Lose Progress if I enjoy myself?
Most people that are on track with eating healthy and working out always have the question whether going out on a bender or a “cheat day” will mess up their progress? To be honest NO it will not. Sure for the short term you may be all bloated and hung over or have gained a few pounds but that’s all short term. In the long run you are still winning the game.
The only thing that will completely mess up your progress is STOPPING COMPLETELY.
